With around 45 apprentices, more than 10 % of our personnel are in training. The FutureCenter, our new and specialised training centre, is equipped with almost 20 of the latest 2, 3, and 5-axes CNC machines which give apprentices intensive contact with technology from the outset in a practical environment. However, conventional training on manually controlled machines is not neglected in our enterprise.
Additional internal and external theoretical seminars for CNC and CAM round off this excellent vocational training. And, if necessary, you can even rely on intensive support regarding educational issues, such as assistance in the preparation of class tests or prior to examinations at a later stage. You can even write the report portfolio during working hours.
Following basic training in the FutureCenter, you are then introduced to a diverse production spectrum in our production facility. This brings you through every stage of production, including QA (quality assurance) with metrology, grinding, honing or our warehouse.

Machine and plant operator is a 2-year recognised training profession. You will operate and check production systems in industry. Other tasks are maintenance work, replacement of wear parts and troubleshooting for faults on machinery. You will learn about machinery and systems in detail.

A mechatronics technician trains for 3.5 years. A combination of mechanical engineering, electronics and IT ensures that this apprenticeship is not only extremely diverse, but also a perfect start in our contemporary professional world.
