Your profile

• You have several years of work experience in QA in a machining company.
• Highly complex parts offer you a challenge.
• You have gained experience on measuring machines (ideally with Zeiss Calypso and GOM Inspect software) and value excellent working conditions with the latest test equipment
• You are also familiar with all QA tasks, including initial sample inspection reports and incoming goods, intermediate and final inspections, machine releases, etc.

Requirements

• Profound QA knowledge in the area of machining technology
• Experience on measuring machines (ideally Zeiss machinery)
• Practical experience with 8D reports, initial sample inspection reports, machine releases

Your duties

• Creation of complex measuring programs with clamping plates, evaluation of measuring programs, adaptation and, where necessary, reprogramming of measuring programs for drawing changes.
• Realisation of initial sample inspection reports, machine releases and incoming goods, intermediate and final inspections
• Support during creation of 8D reports
